The staff are very friendly, we got lost and the owner came for us and took us back . The food is delicious, breakfast is very good too. The shower is giving, comfortable beds and the environment is serene.

The host is a perfect gentleman and couldnt do enough to help. The breakfast was lovely and the room comfortable. The drive off the main road has you wondering about your choice, but fear not, Giraffe Lodge is an oasis. The local sounds around of kids playing, leaves you feeling like you are part of the village.

Although we called at the last minute, a driver came to take us from Arusha Airport. The cost is very low, and not far from the airport. All the staff was kind and smiley. The food is delicious!!

The owner and the staff were amazing and super sweet! They offered a free pick up from the airport, and despite the fact that our flight was early by 30 mins and I could not warn them, when we landed they were already there waiting for us. They also cooked dinner for us and everything was delicious

- nice and warm welcome - possibility to get lunch and dinner there (which is a bit expensive in my opinion regarding similar options within the centre) - option for airport pickup (which is comfortable but also expensive [40 USD] for me compared to the local options which I would use now after getting to know them) - a bar available at the hotel - mosquito nets over the bed

Perfect place to stay for a night before or after going on Safari and very good value for the low price. There is also a small restaurant and a bar which serves good food. The rooms have mosquito nets, well functioning WiFi and warm water. ALSO: We had to catch an early flight and had to leave for the airport at 4:45am. The hotel's own shuttle service (the manager is the driver) took us there with pleasure.

Everybody was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. We had dinner at the place and the food was definitely the best dish we had in Arusha. We also had a hot shower (after some waiting time as the water pump had to be turned on but this was done immediately after our arrival).

The lodge was very clean, upon arrival we were given hot towels and fresh juice. the rooms were cozy and clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. They picked us up at the international airport and helped us get around the town. We did pay for this service, of course. The food was delicious, we had 2 breakfast and a dinner. Highly recommend this place. We arrived early for our safari trip and got to experience local hospitality at its best.

A simple but charming hotel with a very friendly and welcoming staff. We had some really good pizza at the restaurant and breakfast was also top notch. Rooms were clean and pretty comfortable. They have a nice little bar next to the restaurant.

I like the staffs, all of them were wonderful and responded timely to our requests. The manager was so considerate and so helpful in driving us around the city with his van We really enjoyed our stay at the facility.

Staff really friendly and welcoming on arrival. Gave us a freshly squeezed mango drink. Place has 2 different outdoor seating areas where we finally had ourselves a bottle of wine. Breakfast was tasty. Owner took us into town no charge. Highly recommend this place to have a break from the mayhem.

Home away from home. Extended my stay two times because of how much I liked the staff and the location. It was a bit far from town, but the free shuttle made it easy to go there, and the daladala stopped close by.
